Today we will discuss a very important topic from the Bible, What God Has Done Our Life. We can deepen our faith by remembering those things. This is something that is very necessary in each of our lives.
We all know that at different times in our lives, we face various challenges. Sometimes it seems like everything is going against us. At such times, remembering all the good things God has done in our lives in the past gives us a lot of mental strength.
Suppose, you are currently in a very difficult situation and you are afraid. At such a time, if you think about how God helped you in similar situations before, then you will have courage and you will think that if God has helped me before, then he will definitely help me this time too.
In the Bible, we see that when the Israelites crossed the Jordan River, God told them to make a monument with stones from the river. Why? Because whenever they see that monument, they will remember how wonderfully God helped them.
Can’t we do something like this too? Suppose you keep a diary where you write down how God answered your prayers. Or sit down with your family and regularly discuss the good things God has done in your life. These will be your “memorials.”
Remember David? When he faced Goliath, he remembered how God had previously saved him from lions and bears. That memory gave him courage.
We too have “Goliaths” in our lives—big problems that scare us. But if we remember how God has helped us in the past, we too will be encouraged.
Such a practice teaches us to be humble. Because we realize that God is behind all our successes. When things are going well, we often forget God. But if we regularly remember His blessings, we will always be dependent on Him.
Jesus Himself gave us a wonderful way to remember Him—the Lord’s Supper. Whenever we are not part of it, we remember His sacrifice and the new covenant He made with us. It is like the greatest love story of our lives, which we remember again and again.
So friends, do a small thing from today. Take a little time every evening, think about what good things God has done in your life that day. Maybe someone said something nice to you, maybe a difficult task became easy. These small things are also blessings from God. Remembering them will fill your heart with gratitude.
And yes, share these experiences with others. Especially with those who are still new to the path of faith. They will also be encouraged by hearing your story.
Hopefully these words will help you remember God’s works better and deepen your faith in Him. If you think this message can be helpful to someone else, then definitely share it with them.
