Today we will talk about a very important lesson from the Bible – how to change the thoughts inside our head. This is very important, because our state of mind affects our life.
Look, reorganizing our mind is like a journey. It doesn’t happen in one day. Slowly, gradually, our thoughts, our way of seeing everything changes. When we remember God, we let go of old, bad thoughts and learn to see life in a new way.
Imagine that you have an old shirt. It is torn, dirty. Would you wear it? No, right? You would buy a new shirt. Similarly, we also have many old, negative thoughts in our minds. We need to throw them away and decorate our minds with new, good thoughts.
Now the question is, how can we do this? It is very simple. Whenever a bad thought comes to mind, immediately challenge it. Ask yourself, “Is this thought true? Is it for my good?” Then remember God’s word. He said, “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report, if there is anything virtuous or praiseworthy, think about these things.”
When I myself am afraid or worried, I feel that God is with me. He will never leave me. This thought gives me a lot of peace. When you too are in trouble, feel that God is by your side. Tell him all your problems, and you will see that your heart will be lightened.
And yes, we have to talk about gratitude. Get up every morning and take a moment. Think about how many things you can thank God for. Maybe small things to you, but to many they are great blessings. If you do this habit, you will see how beautiful life will seem.
The last thing is, we have to align our thoughts with God’s will. It’s a little difficult, isn’t it? But it’s not impossible. Little by little, we will learn how to see every situation from God’s perspective. Then you will see what true peace and joy are.
So friends, let’s start today. Let’s reorganize our minds. Remember, this is a journey. It may be a little difficult at first, but be patient and move forward. God is with you, he will definitely help. And yes, if you want to share these words with someone, definitely do. Who knows, maybe your words can change someone’s life.
