Today we will talk about a very difficult thing – when friends leave us because of our faith. It is very difficult.
Look, when we follow Jesus, it may be that people close to us can move away from us. It’s bad to hear, but that’s the reality. Jesus himself said that if followed by him, there may be disagreements in the family.
It is very important to read the Bible at this time. Do you know why Because it reminds us that our true identity is in Christ, not what others think. When friends leave, it is actually an opportunity to approach God.
The Bible teaches us to show love and patience to those who reject us. This does not mean that we will change our faith. Rather, we will show the love of Christ through the way we treat others. Pray for those who have gone out of your life. Tell God to touch their hearts.
When you feel alone, think of God. He has promised that he will never leave us. Pray, read the Bible – it will find peace. And yes, associate with other believers who can encourage you.
This experience, no matter how hard it is, will actually help you grow spiritually. It will deepen your faith in God. Use this time to strengthen your relationship with God.
Remember, you do not depend on how many friends you have. You are the child of God – this is your true identity. He loves you infinitely. Rely on him, He will give you strength.
If you feel alone or suffer for a lost friendship, do not lose courage. God sees your pain. He can heal your heart and bring new friends. Rely on his time.
