Today I want to talk to you about an important topic. We all know that life is full of challenges, right? Maybe sometimes we want to do something that isn’t right, or come up with ideas that don’t do us any good. It’s very natural, because we’re all human.
But there’s nothing to worry about! Our Lord has given us a wonderful thing – His spiritual armor. Do you know what this thing is? Suppose you’re a fighter, and you have to go to war. Will you be left empty-handed? No, you must be wearing armor, right? In the same way, the Lord has given us this special armor to fight the battle of our lives.
This armour includes truth, righteousness, and liberation. We become much stronger when we wear them. But do you know how to wear this armour? By speaking to the Lord, by reading His Word. The closer we get to it, the stronger we will be.
Remember, this armour is not just to protect us. It helps us to be honest and good people, to walk according to the will of the Lord.
What do we do when we have bad thoughts? And I will put my trust in the Lord, and not in myself. Sometimes we avoid places or situations where we may be doing things wrong. I will pray to the Lord, I will read his words. This will make us stronger, saying ‘no’ to bad things.
Prayer is a very powerful thing, you know? This brings us very close to our Lord. We can tell him all our weaknesses, fears, thoughts. He will listen to us, help us. If we pray regularly, we will have a lot of peace, and we will be able to solve any problem.
Another important thing is to keep our minds clean. How? Worries about good things. For example, thinking about the word of the Lord, the beautiful nature, our loved ones – all these will take away the bad thoughts from our minds.
It is also very important to walk according to the will of the Lord in our lives. This means that we will put the Lord’s will before our own interests. To do this we must be humble, entrust ourselves to the Lord. This way we will gradually learn love, joy, self-control. These will help us stay out of the way.
So friends, if what we discussed today helps you, share it with others. Because maybe someone else will have the courage, strength to listen to you. Remember, we are all walking together in the way of the Lord. Let’s help each other, encourage each other.
